2024 "Pétillant Nuptial" - Sparkling Chenin Blanc + Viognier
Our 2024 “Pétillant Nuptial” is the sparkling union of our luscious Gold Dust Vineyard Estate Viognier with our fresh and structured Clarksburg Chenin Blanc. Aged 7 months in a mix of neutral French Oak + stainless steel barrels, this refreshing sparkling white wine bursts notes of mango, nectarine, and lemon zest, wrapped in fresh acidity making for mouthwatering refreshness on it’s own while also pairing with a variety of foods, including just about any cheese, chicken, white fish, shellfish, pasta with white sauce, and spring/summer salads. Only 35 cases produced.
