The white and sparkling wines go great with warm weather hanging out by the pool, lake, or beach and pair wonderfully with summer salads, white fish and shellfish, light pasta sauces, and lemon-herb based BBQ chicken and pork. These reds are light, yet structured making them great on their own, but an awesome pair for BBQ meats like ribs, steaks, hamburgers, and chicken.
