Our flagship cider and the original Brut Cider is pressed of into old French Oak Barrels where it ferments to complete dryness (zero residual sugar) and ages “sur lie” or on the finished yeast for a minimum of three months. The sur lie aging gives the cider a roundness and weight, which play seamlessly with notes of pineapple, apple skin, and Meyer lemon. A bright, yet rounded cider perfect for casual sipping and great with anything from cheese boards to BBQ.
