2022 "A Touch of Gray Rock" EDC Red Blend

We are Grateful to introduce our newest Red Blend “A Touch of Gray Rock,” comprised of 46% Sangiovese, 46% Zinfandel, and 8% Primitivo. This composed wine exhibits notes of black cherry, strawberry, wild berries, and dried roses, wrapped in a structured, yet approachable package. The Sangiovese and Zinfandel were sourced from the volcanic soils of Camino, while the granite soils from our Estate Primitivo adds a “touch” of body and structure. Great to drink on it’s own, but also holds up to a variety of foods from pizza to pasta, white and red meats, as well as a variety of cheeses.
